Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice are available to customers with established credit. Otherwise terms are cash with pickup Companies wishing to establish credit kindly contact our office for the necessary Credit Application. A finance charge of 2% per month (annual rate 24%) is applied to invoices unpaid at the end of the month following the month in which the invoice was due.

Note: Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection legal expenses and attorney's fees incurred by Rosehill Creek Nursery in collecting past due accounts.

Sales Tax: The State of Illinois requires us to have certificates of sale on file, not exceeding one year in date, or a letter stating exempt status for a organization or particular job. Otherwise, sales tax will be charged at the 6.5% Illinois Occupational Tax Rate.
